Following four successful editions of the Serendipity Arts Festival in Goa, the Foundation aimed to bring a glimpse of the festival to Delhi, choosing an unfinished construction site as the venue. To reflect the rawness and character of the space, I developed a new design language that diverged from the festival’s usual vibrant aesthetic. Instead, we used neutral tones, concrete-like textures, and a grainy, achromatic palette, with a single vivid accent color to stand out against Delhi’s grey urban landscape. Incorporating visuals from the site itself, the design emphasized themes of time and transformation, using phrases like “it might be time” and “it is time” to express duality and evoke a strong sense of recall.
